Rate: $22.00 per day       An additional daily fee is added at noon the next day, regardless of your drop-off time. $30.00/day for puppies under 1 year of age. Holiday surcharges apply on certain dates.*** No credit cards accepted.

PICK UP/DROP OFF       All pick ups and drop offs are done by appointments only. Please give us plenty of notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Late fees or cancellation fees may apply.

FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS     New customers must first bring their dogs for half-day evaluation. This will let us see if the pet is suited for our environment. There is a $20.00 fee for the evaluation. Please call for an appointment 650-365-8862.

NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED      We try hard to provide lowest possible prices to our customers and therefore we do not accept any credit cards at this time. We accept cash or checks.

FOOD      We recommend to our customers to bring their own dog food with instructions for feeding. Dogs are fed up to twice daily (8:00AM & 6:00PM). We can provide food for $2.00 per feeding.

TOYS     Customers may bring blankets, toys, or even crates if their dogs prefer to sleep in them. Please remember that toys might be used by other dogs and might be destroyed! We do provide dishes, beds, and blankets for the comfort of our guests.

GROOMING    Bathing, dematting, and brushing are available (no nails or coat trimming). Rates vary depending on the condition and behavior of the dog. Baths start at $25 for chihuahuas and dachshunds, $30 labradors, $35 retrievers, $40 aussies, etc.  Please let us know at the time of booking if you want to take advantage of these services.

MEDICINE    Prescription pills are given to dogs at no charge! We might charge for other medical services (insulin shots, caring for wounds, etc.)

VACCINATION     Required vaccinations: Rabies, DHLPP or equivalent, Bordetella.

AGGRESSIVE/OBSESSIVE      We do not accommodate any dogs that are aggressive to other dogs or to people. Also, please let us know if your dog is an obsessive digger and/or a capable fence jumper.  

NO PIT BULL TERRIERS    Regretfully, we can not accommodate any pit-bull terriers or any dogs resembling this kind of breed.
